Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its current processing status:
- Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled directly within 48 hours after successful placement;
- Orders placed for more than 48 hours, or orders that have already been shipped, cannot be cancelled;
- If an order has already been dispatched, you may contact us after delivery to request a return and refund.
