Jardinserio (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides product browsing, ordering, payment, and after-sales services through our online store only. 4. Orders and Payment

An order enters the processing stage once it is successfully submitted and payment is completed. Available payment methods are shown on the checkout page, and the system-generated order confirmation serves as proof of the transaction.

5. Delivery Conditions

Delivery services are available exclusively within Australia. Once payment is successfully completed, your order will be confirmed and entered into the processing stage. Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days before being handed over to the designated logistics provider. After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery address and operational conditions at the time of shipment. To ensure stable and reliable delivery, we work with recognized logistics providers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Australia Post. Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or above qualify for free delivery, while orders below this amount are subject to a fixed delivery fee of AUD 10.99. All applicable taxes and related charges are already included in the product prices displayed at checkout, and no additional fees will be required after payment. 6. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours after successful payment, provided that the order has not yet entered the preparation stage or been transferred to the logistics provider. Once order processing or shipment has begun, cancellation requests can no longer be accommodated. If an order has already been dispatched, you may submit a return request after delivery in accordance with the procedures described in our Order Cancellation Policy.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. Eligible situations include visible appearance defects, quality-related issues, significant color differences, unusual odors, or cases where the received item does not match the order details.
